Share 'Working ahead...'

So I'm starting a story. And even if I finish it today, it's posting on 9/6/08. Cos I need to keep up with at least one a week, and if I can work ahead enough, it will get me through dry spells. Of course, on the sixth, there may be just one sentance posted. Who knows? Still thinking about world building. Not sure how to handle race, if at all. Do I need to become an anthropologist and figure...
