I myself fell for the joy of cheese and corn (which doesn't sound like a bad food combo) when I had a lot of time to watch the toob after working at the museum. Pokemon was my vice! It was a visceral love. When Ash would win a hard fought Poke Battle and jump in the air with one hand raised in a fist, then hug and praise the particular Pokemon of his that won the battle (usually Pikachu), I would seriously shed a tear.
Ahhh, those were the days:)
