I was actually thinking that on Tuesday- that Hawaii would vote for him even if he'd been Republican, because we're crazily proud of people from the islands.
I'm very happy, though. I was unusually invested in this election, to the point of being distracted from other things, and annoying the hell out of Phil.

I'm sad about proposition 8 out in CA, though. At both of the MI propositions went the way I wanted... ( I think...)

Lots of devout Republicans changed sides this last election, especially blacks. My boy at work, told me he never voted for a Democrat president, not the case with Obama.
